PURPOSE: An elastic bar structure is provided to improved bending flexibility by integrating a plurality of elastic members and to include a load restitution force like a bamboo. CONSTITUTION: An elastic bar structure(100) comprises a plurality of elastic members(110) and an outer cover(130). The elastic members include a restitution force and enables bending in a longitudinal direction. The outer cover wraps and fixes the elastic members.
