GROUTING DEVICE AND TUNNEL REINFORCE METHOD

PURPOSE: A tunnel reinforcement method using a grouting device is provided to stably construct a rock bolt inside a tunnel by enhancing bond strength and to improve the packing density of the rock bolt and mortar. CONSTITUTION: A grouting device comprises a sleeve(200), a rock bolt(210), an injection pipe(220), an air discharge pipe(230), and a caulking material(240). A tunnel reinforcement method using the grouting device comprises the following steps: forming a boring hole, inserting the grouting device, and filling mortar or cement milk through the injection pipe; and inserting an anchoring plate on the outer circumference of the end of the grouting device and fastening a nut to the top end of the anchoring plate.
