The device is designed as a magazine (1) having cavities (101) for receiving magnetic head (2). The magazine is provided with several interconnected and mutually movable elements. An axis of rotation is provided between the movable elements. A hinge connection (110) is provided between the movable elements. An opening is provided in the movable element. A bearing (140) is provided opposite to the opening to support the magnetic head. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a method for handling of magnetic heads for magnetizing and for introducing magnetized magnetic heads in magnetic system; and (2) a handling system.
