PURPOSE: A heat recovery device for slabs and an energy production device using the same are provided to conveniently collect heat by arranging a heat recovery unit in one side of the slabs loaded in an open-storage area. CONSTITUTION: A heat recovery device for slabs(S) comprises a heat recovery unit(100) which is arranged in one side of the slabs loaded in multiple layers to collect the heat of the slabs. The heat recovery unit comprises heat transfer fluid and a flow pipe. The heat transfer fluid heat-exchanges with the slabs and flows in the flow pipe.
