PURPOSE: A battery cooling apparatus is provided to maintain cooling or warming performance of an indoor vehicle, to improve cooling performance of a battery pack, and to variably control exhaust air. CONSTITUTION: A battery cooling apparatus comprises a floor reinforcing frame(100) for obtaining vehicle rigidity and composing the lower frame of a vehicle; a floor duct(300) for discharging cooling air from an air conditioning system and circulating the cooling air through the inside of the floor reinforcing frame by connecting parts of flow paths to the floor reinforcing frame; and a battery duct(500) of which one end is connected to the floor reinforcing frame; and the other end is connected to a battery duct(B); and a blower located in the battery pack.
