PURPOSE: An air cathode cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to be continuously recycled by separating an air cathode part only when performance degradation occurs after long term use and to solve waste problems. CONSTITUTION: An air cathode cell comprises an osmotic film(1) which prevents sodium components and other minerals of an electrolyte solution from penetrating into an air cathode material and only allows ionized moisture to enter into the air cathode; the air cathode material(2) which is formed by pulverizing carbon sheets and activated charcoal into predetermined sizes; and a non-woven fabric(3) which freely supplies air to the air cathode material and emits moisture penetrated into the air cathode material side. The non-woven fabric uses manganese dioxide and the electrolyte uses salt water, sodium chloride, an aqueous solution, and sea water.
