PURPOSE: A reverse-type hybrid acoustic/electric signal converting device is provided to improve production efficiency of products and to reduce manufacturing costs. CONSTITUTION: A cover vessel(110), mechanical components(150), and a printed circuit board(190) are systematically assembled in a reverse-type hybrid acoustic/electric signal converting device(100). Instruments are accommodated in the internal space of the cover vessel and are vibrated by a sound inputted through an acoustic inlet(191) of a substrate(190) side. A printed circuit board supports the cover vessel and includes the acoustic inlet in the lower part. A circuit chip(192) which electrically processes a capacitance change according to the vibration of instruments is mounted on the printed circuit board.
