PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a buoyancy member using EPP improving durability and the buoyancy member manufactured be the same are provided to be easily manufactured and to improve durability thereof by integrally molding an inner body of an EPP material and an outer body of the EPP material. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a buoyancy member using EPP comprises: a step of molding an inner body by foaming EPP foaming beads inside a mold(S10); a step of installing the inner body inside the mold for manufacturing the buoyancy member(S20); and a step of integrally molding an outer body on the outer surface of the inner body by forming the EPP foaming beads inside the mold for manufacturing the buoyancy member in which the inner body is installed(S30).
