PURPOSE: A mold for forming a hot stamp is provided to produce products without defects by uniformly cooling each section. CONSTITUTION: A mold for forming a hot stamp comprises a base plate(10), one or more outer block(20), and inert blocks(30). The outer blocks are formed in the same shape as the outer shape of a product in order to form the outer shape of the product, and are mounted on one side of the base plate. The outer block has an internal mounting space. The insert blocks are mounted between the base plate and the outer blocks so that cooling water entered through the base plate can flow in the mounting space of the outer blocks.
