The fastening element is firmly connected with the holding element, where the holding element is formed as a screw-shaped spring element wound around a middle axis. Distances of adjacent windings approximately correspond to a diameter of the former cord. An inner radius of the holding element is sectionally smaller than light width of the locking element.
