PURPOSE: A power supply performance diagnosis system is provided to perform stable repair and replacement, by measuring and analyzing every kind of performance of a power supply apparatus of various measurement instruments and control instruments. CONSTITUTION: A management module(110) sets various conditions for performance measurement of a test target power supply apparatus, and manages the measurement result with a data table, and outputs the measurement result in a fixed form. An adjustment/measurement module(120) adjusts each condition for the performance measurement connected according to a control signal of the management module and then supplies the adjusted condition to a test target power supply apparatus(200), and measures each characteristics outputted from the test target power supply apparatus according to the adjusted condition, and provides the measurement result to the management module.
