摘要 PURPOSE: An adhesive oil reduction system of a bad odor emission controller in a tire manufacturing process is provided to prevent adhesive bad odor components attached and detached from zeolite from coating a heat storage catalytic combustor and to enhance total efficiency of an odor controller. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive oil reduction system of a bad odor emission controller in a tire manufacturing process comprises tools (B) for removing liquid droplets containing odor materials generated from the bad odor controller (A) in a rubber mixing process using a spraying method; tools (C) for transporting odored air in which adhesive materials are removed and tools (D) for primary filtering; concentration tools (E,F) which are composed of zeolites which absorb and concentrate air with odor; tools (I) for discharging air with odor to outside; tools (G) for blowing high temperature air in backward direction for attaching and detaching the concentrated materials; and tools (H) which perform heat storage catalytic combustion action for removing odor from high concentrated air with materials detached from the concentration tools. Tools (J) for removing adhesive materials from the high concentrated inflow gas with odor is additionally installed between the concentration tools and the tools for performing heat storage catalytic combustion action.
