PURPOSE: A light emitting device is provided to uniformly distribute electrons and holes by including an active layer with a superlattice structure. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting structure(120) includes an active layer(124). The active layer is formed between a first semiconductor layer and a second semiconductor layer. A well layer and a barrier layer are repeatedly laminated. The light emitting structure includes a plurality of light emitting pillars. The light emitting pillars are arranged on the first semiconductor layer.
