PURPOSE: An object detecting method for converting a two-dimensional image into a three-dimensional image is provided to accurately extract an object by detecting a branch line by generating a plurality of markers. CONSTITUTION: A converting device generates a polarity of markers for dividing a two-dimensional image into a plurality of areas.(S210). The converting device generates markers based on coordinates randomly determined based on a preset number. The converting device expands an area based on each marker. The converting device detects a branch line between expanded areas(S220). The converting device integrates areas selected from the divided areas as one area(S230). The converting device extracts the integrated area as an object(S240).
