<p>PURPOSE: A self-certification security system and a method thereof are provided to easily improve the reliability of security. CONSTITUTION: A user certification system includes a user terminal(100), a content service providing server(200), a certification server(300), and a second user terminal(400). The content service providing server provides a content service through a wired or wireless communication network and provides a limited service through an approval certification. A first user terminal requests a service which needs the approval certification by being connected to the content service providing server. If the certification server receives an approval certification request from the content service providing server, the certification server transmits the sent content which is related with the approval certification in a corresponding stored terminal number as sent data indication content which is displayed immediately after the reception in the first user terminal. The certification server provides voice guidance during the corresponding call connection, receives an approval number in an audio signal as a result, and transmits the approval result to the content service providing server. A second user terminal notifies the call content by displaying the sent content data on a display screen when a phone receives a call from the certification server and delivers the approval number which is inputted in a call connection state to the certification server as an audio signal.
