<p>An electronic presentation aid comprises for example a programmed tablet computer or electronic whiteboard. Presentation data defines the appearance and positions of presentation elements to be displayed in a presentation layout on a display screen. In a presentation mode, the elements are displayed in the presentation layout, with each element being displayed in either a full visibility state or a reduced visibility state. A user can tap on an element, to change it from the reduced visibility state to the full visibility state. In this way, the user does not need to draw the elements by hand, but they can be made visible and discussed in a sequence determined by user during a presentation, rather than a predetermined sequence. Additional functions can be programmed into elements, for example allowing a user to swap an element for alternative elements at the same location, or to launch a media clip.</p> |
