PURPOSE: A light emitting device package, a backlight unit, and a display device are provided to reduce color deviation by forming a resin layer including phosphors with a dome shape. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting device(250) is arranged on a first concave part. An electrode separating unit(232) electrically separates a first electrode layer from a second electrode layer. A resin layer(270) includes phosphors. A lens(280) is formed on the resin layer and an electrode layer including the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer. An insulation film pattern(210) is arranged on the lower side of the electrode layer.
