PURPOSE: An offshore floating structure with a mooring device is provided to quickly cope with typhoon using facilities in a main ship without using an external mooring facility during a ship construction process or regular inspections. CONSTITUTION: An offshore floating structure with a mooring device comprises a stem mooring platform(200), a stern mooring platform(300), and a loading arm(400). The stem and stern mooring platforms are installed in a stem and a stern to stably moor a ship. The loading arm is installed between the stem and stern mooring platforms. The stem and stern mooring platforms comprises a mooring hook, a mooring winch, a stand roller, and a universal roller. The mooring hook fixes a mooring line. The mooring winch comprises a drum and a wire. The stand roller changes the angle of a ship and the mooring winch. The universal roller catches the mooring line to change the direction of the ship.
