METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING COIL PARTS

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a coil part is provided to reduce manufacturing time for a flattening process by simplifying the flattening process, thereby improving the productivity of the coil part and reducing manufacturing costs. CONSTITUTION: An insulating layer(102) is formed in an upper surface of a ferrite substrate(101), and a first conductor line(110) and a second conductor line(120) are formed through a thin film process. An external electrode electrically connects the conductor lines. A magnetic layer is coated to cover the external electrode. A surface of the magnetic layer is flattened by a mechanical polishing method so that a part of the magnetic layer remains in the external electrode. A remaining part of the magnetic layer is removed by a chemical polishing method and is exposed to the external electrode.
