<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To replace a grip part in a walking assist device used when an aged person or a disabled person walks. <P>SOLUTION: The walking assist device 11 is equipped with a pair of right and left leg frames 21, 21 having two front and rear leg parts 22, 23 which extend in the vertical direction and have upper end parts joined by a handle 24 having a grip 41 grasped by a hand, and the leg frames 21, 21 are connected laterally in front parts of the leg frames. In the walking assist device 11, the leg frame 21 includes a grip retaining member 42 having the grip 41 and the leg frame body 21a to which the grip retaining member 42 is detachably attached and is equipped with a first insertion part 51 inserted into an opening part 42a at one end part of the grip retaining member 42, and a second insertion part 52 which is inserted into an opening part 42b of the other end part and freely appears and disappears between the grip retaining member 42 and the leg frame body 21a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
