PURPOSE: An apparatus for inducing photodynamic reaction and a method for inducing photodynamic reaction using the same are provided to prevent deformation of a subject through selective expression of optical energy and to ensure portability and mobility. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for inducing photodynamic reaction comprises: a light source unit(20) which is mounted to irradiate a subject with optical energy; a power supply unit(30) which is mounted to supply power to the light source unit; a light control unit(40) which is mounted between the light source unit and the power supply unit to control intensity of the optical energy; and an optical energy wavelength cutting filter(50) which is mounted at the lower portion of the light source unit. The light source unit is an LED or an OLED which emits the optical energy.
