PURPOSE: A random number generating method using the sum of digits or the accumulated sum of the digits after the specific antilogarithm conversion of decimals is provided to supply the efficiency of defining a random variable by establishing a protocol generating a random number. CONSTITUTION: Decimals lower than a specific decimal are converted into binary numbers and the total sum of each digit is applied as a random number. The decimals lower than the specific decimal is converted into a specific antilogarithm and the total sum of each digit is applied as the random number.
