一种烟碱的制备方法:将200克原料装入Φ50×500的渗滤柱,采用稀硫酸溶液渗滤法以20mL/min的流速在40℃下循环3次提取烟碱,提取液过滤后,氢氧化钠中和,氯仿萃取2次,脱溶得到纯度为76%的烟碱产品。(1)烟草原料:所用的烟草原料其烟碱的含量大于1.15%;(2)硫酸溶液的质量浓度5%‑10%;(3)磷酸溶液与烟草原料的体积质量比为4∶1(mL∶克);(4)硫酸溶液与氯仿的体积比为2∶∶1,萃取2次;(5)氢氧化钠溶液的质量浓度为5%,中和pH值为7.5。
