PURPOSE: An envelope curve detecting apparatus is provided to improve receiving sensitivity and to increase a dynamic range. CONSTITUTION: An envelope curve detecting apparatus includes a mixer(510), a bias voltage supply unit(530), and a DC intercept capacitor(550). The mixer receives a digital modulation signal and outputs a square signal which is raised from the digital modulation signal if a bias voltage is applied. The bias voltage supply unit supplies the bias voltage to the mixer. The DC intercept capacitor is connected to the mixer and blocks a DC component which is included in the square signal.
