PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an organic light emitting display device is provided to improve the reliability of the organic light emitting display device by forming a protection layer with a thin film layer of high quality. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode is formed on a transparent substrate. An organic light emitting layer(525) is formed on the first electrode. A second electrode(519) is formed on the organic light emitting layer. A planarization layer is formed on the second electrode. A protection layer(590) is formed on the transparent substrate.
