PURPOSE: A light receiver of a DPSK(Differential Phase Shift Keying) method is provided to compensate for a polarized phase difference between light output signals by controlling a length or a width of a curved waveguide. CONSTITUTION: A light splitter(201) divides a received light signal into a first light signal and a second light signal. A light delay waveguide(203) delays the first light signal. A curved waveguide(205) delays the second light signal. The curved waveguide compensates a polarized phase difference in an output end. A light hybrid(207) generates a light detecting signal corresponding to a phase difference between the second light signal and the delayed first signal.
