PURPOSE: A permanent magnet canned motor pump with a mode housing unit is provided to obtain a new thermal radiation mechanism for radiating heat generated by a motor at an enough speed. CONSTITUTION: A permanent magnet canned motor pump with a mode housing unit comprises a pump casing(4), a triangular supporting unit(31), an impeller(5), a containment shell(41), a fixed shaft(3), and a canned motor(8). The pump casing includes an inlet(44), an outlet(45), and a front thrust ring(46) arranged around the inlet and the inner surface of the pump casing. The front thrust ring and a thrust bearing(53) around a lateral side of the inlet form an axial thrust bearing. The triangular supporting unit is fixed to the inner side of the inlet of the pump casing and penetrated through a central hole of the impeller in an axial direction for supporting an end of the fixed shaft. The impeller is received in the pump casing. A central plate is connected to a portion extended to an axial direction of an inner porter so that the impeller and an inner rotator of the canned motor are integrated into one unit. |
