<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor where disasters, such as low temperature burn, hardly occur without delaying operation of a CPU, for example. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The information processor in which at least a part of the human body is in contact with the processor when the processor is operated includes: a human body detection part; and a heat dissipating means for dissipating heat generated by a heat generation element of the information processor. Heat generated by a heat generation element of the information processor is dissipated by a heat dissipation terminal of the heat dissipating means positioned in correspondence with a part where the human body is not detected by the human body detection part.
