PURPOSE: A rear wheel air spring device for a vehicle is provided to easily prevent air from being leaked due to damage to bellows by absorbing a torsion stress applied to the bellows of the air spring. CONSTITUTION: A rear wheel air spring(10) device comprises an upper piston(12), a lower support unit(16), a bellows(14), a top cap(18), a urethane pad(20), and a bearing(30). The bellows connects the upper piston to the lower piston and forms a closed space. The top cap and the urethane pad cover the upper end of the upper piston. The bearing is mounted inside the upper end in the upper piston and comprises a lower case(34), an upper case(32), and a center plate(36).
