<p>PURPOSE: A transparent touch panel is provided to prevent the intensity degradation of a chemically enhanced glass substrate even though a draw lead is wired at high density. CONSTITUTION: A flat surface of a glass substrate is chemically enhanced, and transparent sensor electrodes(3,4) are insulated to an input manipulation area(2a) of the glass substrate to be formed. Draw leads(5) are wired around the input manipulation area to draw the transparent sensor electrodes to an external connection unit(9). Input manipulation to the input manipulation area is detected from an electric signal outputted from the transparent sensor electrodes. A synthetic resin insulating layer is formed in a wiring area(2b) of the glass substrate and the draw leads are formed by patterning a conductive film on the insulating layer.</p> |
