PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a separator is provided to improve the adhesion of an electrode and a separator substrate by surface-activating only one side of the separator substrate and to prevent damage to the separator substrate. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a separator comprises a surface treatment step of activating the opposite side(14) of a separator substrate(10) by corona discharging, in a state which one side of the separator substrate is supported by a supply roll(110); and a step of coating both sides of the separator substrate with a binder polymer mixture. The opposite side is attached to a negative electrode. The separator substrate consists of a polyolefin-based polymer. The binder polymer mixture comprises a porous inorganic filler and a binder polymer.
