PURPOSE: A breakaway alarm message transmission method in a communication system and a recording medium thereof are provided to notify an emergency state to a protector terminal by predicting the emergency state. CONSTITUTION: A user input unit(130) receives a command for setting a breakaway area or an arrival area. A wireless communication unit(110) communicates with a mobile communication server. A GPS(Global Positioning System) module obtains the location information of a mobile communication terminal. A control unit controls the user input unit, the wireless communication unit, and the GPS module. The mobile communication server controls a server communication unit and a server control unit. When the location information is broken away from the wireless communication unit, the server control unit transmits a text message to the set portable terminal.
