PURPOSE: A financial transaction system providing a video consulting service through a user terminal and a method thereof are provided to supply video consulting with a reserved consultant by reserving the video consulting through the user terminal and connecting the user terminal with an automatic finance automation device. CONSTITUTION: A communication unit(110) transceives image information for video consulting. An interface unit(150) is connected with a finance automation device to supply identification information of a user terminal according to a request for the identification information.
