PURPOSE: An accumulated money management system for providing accumulated money for a transaction between a user and an advertiser of an advertisement exposed through a blog and a method thereof are provided to supply accumulated money when a member of media exposing an advertisement purchases products and services through a site of the advertiser. CONSTITUTION: A system is composed of an accumulated money management system(210), a member store(220), and a member(230). The member means a user passing through a membership process by using a site related to the accumulated money management system. If a preferred subject of one or more posts included in a blog is set by a blogger, the accumulated money management system confirms whether an advertisement exposed to a user is an advertisement of the member store. When a user performs a mission preset by the member store, one or more parts of user benefits are provided to the user and a user benefit confirming unit.
