PURPOSE: A lighting apparatus for emergency guide using an optical fiber as being able to be installed within a tunnel is provided to have good energy efficiency and safety with simple installation and structure, and to be used as a lighting lamp enabling to recognize the structure in the tunnel by being installed in the tunnel, and to enable to recognize an evacuation shelter rapidly by changing colors of the light or blinking. CONSTITUTION: One end part becomes a light detection part(11) which is located in front of a light source(1) and receives light emitted from the light source. The other end becomes a plurality of optical fibers(10) which is a light emitting part emitting detected light. A light emitting part(12) formed in the plurality of optical fibers is arranged toward an evacuation shelter to indicate the evacuation shelter.
