PURPOSE: A promotion system using a turn standby number ticket and a method thereof are provided to maximize an effect on advertising with the turn standby number ticket by adding a survey function and a discount coupon function of a customer company. CONSTITUTION: A number ticket issuing unit(10) issues a number ticket. A promotion system unit(20) generates a promotion code with a branch office code and a number on the number ticket in order to draw a giveaway winner.
