摘要 PURPOSE: A disaster information delivery system is provided to maximize a path diversity of a route through data transmission using a network coding technique, thereby delivering necessary information for a user to a destination even in a disaster situation in which a communications network is imperfect. CONSTITUTION: A disaster information delivery system(100) includes a disaster information server unit(110), a client unit(130), and a network coding node(120). The disaster information server unit stores disaster information related to location information of the client unit. Based on user information and tracking information, the client unit synthesizes and outputs a virtual image based on the disaster information transmitted from a reality image and the disaster information server unit. The network coding node transmits the client unit and the location information of the client unit to the disaster information server unit and transmits the disaster information of the disaster information server unit to a client.
