PURPOSE: An asphalt concrete manufacture device is provided to manufacture heated asphalt concrete by not using recycled raw materials and medium temperature recycled asphalt concrete for using recycled raw materials. CONSTITUTION: An asphalt concrete manufacture device comprises a cold beam(10), a heating dryer(20), an aggregate size selector(30), a mixer(40), a waste asphalt concrete heating unit(100), and a recycled asphalt concrete manufacture liquid supply unit(60). The cold beam is equipped with a plurality of aggregate inserting hoppers(11,12,13,14,15) for inserting aggregates. The heating dryer heats and dries the aggregates passing through the cold beam. The aggregate size selector sorts the aggregates by sizes through a sorting net. The mixer mixes aggregates, oil for producing asphalt concrete, and a filler. The recycled asphalt concrete manufacture liquid supply unit supplies medium temperature recycled asphalt concrete manufacture liquid which contains an emulsifier for producing medium temperature recycled asphalt concrete.
