摘要 PURPOSE: A quantum dot manufacturing method of the core-shell structure is provided to be able to manufacture the quantum dot of the core-shell structure within the short time and to control the thickness of the shell by manufacturing the core and the shell in one reactor through the temperature control at a time. CONSTITUTION: A quantum dot manufacturing method of the core-shell structure comprises the following steps: a VI group precursor solution is added to the group II metal precursor solution or the metal precursor mixture solution of the group I and group II metal precursor solution heated to 250-350 deg. C; the mixture of the the previous step is cooled to 180-240 deg. C; and the VI group precursor solution of the molar ratio 0.5-1 to the metal precursor or the mixed metal precursor is added dropwise to the cooled mixture solution. The molar ratio of the group VI precursor in the group VI precursor solution to the metal precursor in the the metal precursor is 2 or greater. The group VI precursor solution is added with maintaining the heating temperature.
