PURPOSE: A method for providing and obtaining a compensation service interlinked with media content and a device thereof are provided to supply the compensation service interlinked with media content by using check-in information as a condition. CONSTITUTION: A system includes a service provider(100), a platform server(200), and a user(300). The platform server transmits arrangement information of media content to the service provider, receives compensation service information, and links the compensation service information with the media content(430). A device of the user requests the transmission of the compensation service information through an input unit. The user checks in the media content by using the device and transmits check-in information to the platform server. If a confirmation condition is satisfied, the device outputs a message about the satisfaction of the condition(477). If the user requests for the granting of use authority, the granting is requested to the system, condition satisfaction is confirmed, and the use authority is granted(495).
