摘要 PURPOSE: A temperature compensated flow rate change measuring device based on an optical fiber lattice sensor is provided to damp a flow rate change value caused by temperature by measuring the inner temperature, thereby removing errors caused by the temperature. CONSTITUTION: A temperature compensated flow rate change measuring device based on an optical fiber lattice sensor comprises a body(410), a level measuring unit(120), an optical fiber cable(320), a light source, and a sensor unit. The body stores fluid. The level measuring unit measures a change in the level of the fluid. The optical fiber cable includes an optical fiber lattice(310). The light source irradiates lights to the optical fiber cable. The sensor unit detects the changed amount of the wavelengths passing through the optical fiber cable. The optical fiber cable is connected to the level measuring unit so that a cycle of the optical fiber lattice is changed according to a change of the level.
