PURPOSE: An integrated RTU(Remote Terminal Unit) device for a distribution control system is provided to construct a lower network with an integrated RTU by supporting various communication methods. CONSTITUTION: A control unit(211) provides state information obtained from a network communication unit and an input and output board to an HMI(Human Machine Interface) device. The control unit obtains necessary data and setup from the HMI device. The control unit executes control calculation including the execution of a PLC(Programmable Logic Controller). The control unit transmits a control result to the HMI device through the network communication unit. The control unit controls an input and output board according to a control result.
