MULTI-LAYER SHEET OF POLYLACTIC ACID HAVING AN EXCELLENT HEAT RESISTANCE AND IMPACT RESISTANCE AND PREPARING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A polylactic acid family multilayer sheet which has excellent impact resistance and thermal resistance and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to hold impact resistance and thermal resistance simultaneously with environmental friendliness. CONSTITUTION: A polylactic acid family multilayer sheet which has excellent impact resistance and thermal resistance comprises an inner layer(A) and an outer layer(B). The inner layer of the polylactic acid family multilayer sheet is composed of polylactic acid. The outer layer of the polylactic acid family multilayer sheet is a three-layer structure(B/A/B) which is composed of at least one mixture of polymethyl methacrylate and acrylic resin which are selected among polymethyl methacrylate group(PMMA) homopolymer, or a copolymer. A content of the polylactic acid among the entire contents of the outer layer is 10.0-25.0 parts by weight. A content of at least one polymethyl methacrylate which is selected from a polymethyl methacrylate group homopolymer or a copolymer is 50.0-80.0 parts by weight. A content of the acrylic resin is 10.0-25.0 parts by weight.
