MAIN PIPE INSTALLING APPARATUS WITHIN A PROPULSION PIPE IN THE TUNNEL CONSTRUCTION USING SEMI-SHIELD MACHINE

PURPOSE: A main pipe installing device inside a propulsion pipe line is provided to smoothly penetrate by positioning a main pipe in the center of a propulsion pipe and prevent buoyancy due to a mortar filling. CONSTITUTION: A main pipe installing device inside a propulsion pipe line comprises a guide ring(4), a support(6), and a caster(8). The guide ring is installed on the outer side of a main pipe(102) which is positioned inside a propulsion pipe which is indented by a semi-shield machine. The guide ring comprises an upper ring(14), a lower ring(16), and a fastening bolt(18). The upper ring comprises a first clamp(14a) on both ends and is mounted on the upper circumference surface of the main pipe. The lower ring comprises a second clamp(16a) on both ends and is mounted on the upper circumference surface of the main pipe. The fastening bolt is fixed through the first and second clamps of the lower and upper rings. The support is radially installed from the upper and lower rings at a regular angle. The caster is installed on the end of the support and is closely connected to the inner surface of the propulsion pipe for rolling.
