PURPOSE: A bead filler manufacturing method of a heavy-duty tire removes a work deviation caused by a joint part of upper and lower part bead filler, and to increase productivity by enabling automation. CONSTITUTION: A bead filler manufacturing method of a heavy-duty tire is composed of the following steps of: the step of press-injecting a lower part bead filler(5) through a first nozzle of a mold into a circular bead which is placed on a bead setting table; the step of automatically cutting a bead filler border(5a) of the upper and the lower part of the injected lower part bead filler with a cutter(8) that has a profile; and the step of manufacturing a finished bead filler(2) through a press-injection process where an upper part bead filler(4) is press-injected through a second nozzle of the mold into the bead filler border of the lower part bead filler which is automatically cut by the cutter.
