RED BOILED GINSENG AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of red boiled ginseng is provided to be able to prevent the discharge of medicinal ingredients of ginseng from being diluted in water and flowed out with steam during a steaming process. CONSTITUTION: Ginseng is steamed in a tightly sealed condition to prevent the contact of the outer moisture and ginseng, while the other conventional steps of a manufacturing method for red ginseng is all maintained.
