PURPOSE: A green sheet for protecting a green zone is provided to prevent the loss of nutrients and soil surface material and to help soil absorption by collecting moisture at rainfall. CONSTITUTION: A first green sheet part(110) is formed by compressing pulverized wood and coated with a waterproof layer on the surface thereof. A second green sheet part(120) is formed by compressing the pulverized wood to have a thickness which is two or more times of the first green sheet and is attached to the lower side of the first green sheet. A supporting mesh part supports the first green sheet part and the second green sheet part. A ground cover sheet part is arranged in the lower side of the second green sheet part and maintains a shape to cover the ground. A ground fixing part(130) is arranged in one side end of the first green sheet part and the second green sheet part. A planar shape of the first and second green sheet parts is formed into a ring shape to surround one planted tree and is formed into a plate shape by an outer end side being bent upwards. The thickness of the second green sheet part becomes thinner outwards from the center point, thereby increasing buckling at the center point at rainfall.
