PURPOSE: A welding apparatus for a tension bridle roll is provided to form a welding part with S45C on a welded region of a roll in order to equalize the hardness of a base material of the roll and the welding part, thereby preventing the generation of marks on a product. CONSTITUTION: A welding apparatus for a tension bridle roll(a) includes a power controller(90) and an expendable nozzle(60). The power controller controls an electric current supplied to an electrode lead line(91) coupled to the nozzle and an earth wire(92) to one side of a roll. The nozzle is coupled to an outlet(42) of a welding rod supply source(40), and is formed into a cylindrical tube so that a welding rod wire(21) can be ejected from the outlet and transferred to the inside of the nozzle. When power is supplied from the power controller, the current flows in the nozzle and the roll so that the nozzle and the welding rod wire can be melted, and a welding part is formed with S45C on the welded region of the roll.
