PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of instant coffee is provided to obtain instant coffee bean powder without wasting the same, to neutralize a bitter taste in coffee, and to improve functionality by mixing nanosized coffee bean powder. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of instant coffee comprises a step of roasting coffee beans and pulverizing the same to be nanosized; a step of roasting beans in a distributing unit and pulverizing the beans to be nanosized; a step of mixing the coffee bean powder, bean powder, and sweetener and packing the same in a disposable case; a step of replacing bean powder with coffee cream and mixing the same; a step of putting the coffee bean powder, bean powder, sweetener, or coffee cream into a stick type disposable case and packing the same; a step of separately packing the coffee bean powder, bean powder, sweetener, or coffee cream by enabling a user to vary the mixing ratio. |
