PURPOSE: A pneumatic tire for heavy duty vehicles is provided to improve the durability of a tire by preventing cracks from being delivered to the hump spring of a rim flange. CONSTITUTION: A pneumatic tire for heavy duty vehicles comprises a reinforcing ply sheet(11). The reinforcing ply sheet is arranged between a carcass(2) and a belt layer(3) and is in touch with the outer side of a steel chafer(8) and the edge part(2a) of the carcass. The reinforcing ply sheet is arranged inside a hump spring(9) and a rim cushion part(10) for covering the upper and lower bead fillers(6a,6b) of a bead part(7).
